Basic system support is free. Customization, add-ons, maintenance, etc. is billed in 1/4 hour increments. You may desire to sign up for a support contract to get reduced rates.

Site Administration: All our servers are enabled with your own web based administrative system. Enter your domain name to be taken to your web based administrative site. From here, you can set up, modify, delete email accounts, email distribution lists, back up your web site, and more.
